StreamCorn Android Upgrades (“we”, “us”) provides StreamAuto. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, the services involved, and how you can request deletion. It applies to the StreamAuto Android app and this website.
Information we handle
- Sign-in and licence: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and a Firebase account identifier. We use these to check whether your account is authorised and to manage your StreamAuto licence.
- Device binding: To activate and manage a licence, the app sends a one-way hash of an installation or device identifier, along with the device manufacturer and model, to our Firebase service. We also keep licence status and activation records. The raw Android device ID is not sent to our licence server.
- Support and purchases: If you contact us, we may keep your name, contact details, purchase information, messages, and the vehicle or phone details you provide so we can answer questions, check compatibility, and support your licence.
- App browser and preferences: StreamAuto can display third-party websites in an in-app browser. Cookies, website storage, cache, and browsing history may be stored on your device. Your custom website shortcuts and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Website usage: Our website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions, including approximate location, traffic source, browser, and device information. Cloudflare may process technical connection data to deliver and secure the site. A region choice for displaying prices may be stored in your browser's local storage.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, verify and activate purchases, limit licence use according to the purchased terms, provide support, operate the app and website, measure website performance, and protect the service from abuse. Google Play Integrity may provide app and device integrity signals for security checks.
Services and sharing
We use Google services, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Play Integrity, to run account and licence features. Google Analytics measures website usage. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Websites you open inside StreamAuto, such as video or streaming services, may collect information directly and set their own cookies. Their privacy policies and account settings apply to those services. Links from our website to Facebook or other services likewise take you to services with their own policies.
Your choices
You can sign out of the app and use its browser-data clearing option to remove in-app cookies, website storage, cache, and history from your device. You can also clear your browser's website data to remove the saved region choice. Google and third-party services provide their own privacy controls. Signing out alone does not delete your StreamAuto account or licence record.
Request account or data deletion
To request deletion of your StreamAuto account and associated licence data, or to ask what information we hold, contact us on WhatsApp at +60 11-5427 7135. Tell us the Google email address used for StreamAuto so we can verify the request. Please do not send passwords. We will remove the associated account, authorisation and device-binding records after verification, except information we must retain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. You may also ask us to delete support messages we hold where applicable.
Retention and security
We retain account, licence, and support information while needed to provide the service and resolve requests, and longer where a legal obligation or dispute requires it. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Google, Cloudflare, and other providers may process information in countries outside yours under their respective policies.
Changes and contact
